We all make mistakes – and despite from learning form them we are destined to make some mistakes again, sometime more often than we would like. At Enigin we like to work on eliminating mistakes and encouraging Enigin Distributors to do the same.
Salespeople are the same as the rest of us, they too realise when they walk out of a clients office that they handled things badly. Unfortunately there are quite a number who make the same mistakes over and over again, often getting away with it because they have a certain amount of sales skill, or happen to have a good product.
There was a great article by Sydney Barrows for Entrepreneur earlier this month. Sydney is a professional speaker, business consultant and a recognized expert on the customer experience.
For anyone involved with running their own energy saving business, particularly Enigin Distributors around the globe here are some insightful words to employ. Certainly everyone at Enigin encourages dipping into such knowledge to raise yopur business above the rest.
